  • Yes, yes, yes. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with third parties or anyone else. We only share details that you have approved for release and we dispose of paperwork safely and meticulously.

  • We promise to be 100% transparent about fees throughout every transaction. If you’re letting, take a look at our landlord fee schedule or tenant fee schedule, or if you’re buying or selling, these are dealt with case-by-case and we will keep you informed.

  • East London is very competitive but in the unfortunate case that your property is on the market longer than expected, we’ll help you review your options. We will conduct a full marketing review of your property and assess the local market, as well as consider feedback from previous viewings to create a plan to increase interest and gain more viewings.

  • While you do not have to have a board outside, we do find them to be super beneficial for attention-grabbing and word of mouth. Also, with Settle, our boards are much less garish than some agencies. Ultimately, the choice is yours!

  • Yes! Instruct us as soon as possible and we will jump right in to help you in the sale or letting of your home.

  • No. We are paid only upon completion. Our terms are that if we do not achieve a sale for your property, you do not pay us. It’s really that simple.
